Please review my policy below and if you have any questions message me! Please follow these rules so I can keep my prices low and give A+ customer service! When you purchase from my shop, you are fully agreeing and understand my policies.

  • Due to the nature of the business, all sales are final. All posts/listings show the exact condition and description of the item. It is your responsibility to read and go through each photo. If you have questions, message me BEFORE buying.
  • No refunds or exchanges.
  • Crystals come from earth and will have imperfections. There may be cracks, crevices, and natural imperfections on/within the crystal.
  • I do internationally ship! Shipping starts at $26 for any country outside of the USA and comes with tracking. Shipping is determined by weight and distance. Email/Send a chat for a shipping quote.
  • Shipping starts at $5 for USA. NO EXCEPTIONS! It goes towards the actual shipping, packaging supplies and payment processing fees. All orders are processed through USPS with either ground advantage or priority mail. If an order needs to be expedited please message me first BEFORE ordering and I will help arrange that for you.
  • Mother Nature Minerals is not responsible for any mail lost or stolen packages and refunds will not be made. Buyer is responsible for contacting shipping carrier (USPS) if item is lost or stolen or damaged.
  • Multiple orders will be shipped together if that address on both orders are the same. If you do not want this, then please state so in the notes section in the cart page.
  • If your order arrives damaged/broken I am not responsible for it! Once I ship the order it is out of my hands. I pack orders securely and safely. If you purchased USPS insurance, contact within 2 days of delivery and we can start the claim process. Must keep all items and packaging in order to submit your claim.  The approval/refund depends on the USPS claim department, not me.
  • Orders DO NOT come with insurance starting 09/1/2023. If you would like to buy insurance then please see the USPS Insurance listing for options.
  • If an order needs to be expedited please message me first BEFORE ordering and I can arrange that for you. There may be some shipping delays due to Covid-19/Holidays/ Current Crisis.
  • Mother Nature Minerals is not responsible for any mail lost or stolen packages and refunds will not be made. Buyer is responsible for contacting shipping carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx) if item is lost, stolen, or damaged.
  • I ship primarily through USPS. If you need me to ship to another address then what is stated on your order you must contact me immediately and I will send to the address change form. You must complete the change of address form in order for me to ship it to the proper address. Failure to do with result in delayed packages and Mother Nature Minerals LLC takes NO responsibility for it. If package is returned: you will be refunded minus shipping charge and 20% restocking fee.
  • Crystal meanings and properties are from: The Crystal Bible by Judy Hall, crystalsandjewelry.com, geology.com, mindat.com, yesdirt.com and more.
  • I am not a reiki practitioner nor a doctor. Please be careful with your item and use it in a safe manner.
  • Crystal tumbles come in a vary of sizes. It can be anywhere from small to extra large. Please view the photos closely and email me if you have any questions.
  • All candles are handmade by me and will vary in weight due to human imperfections. I am not perfect, candles are handcrafted! They may be discolored but this is completely fine and doesn't not affect the use of the candle.
  • All jewelry items are handmade by me and will have some imperfections due to human error, machine malfunction, and etc. We are only human, nothing is perfect.
  • All necklaces have a length from 18 inches to 26 inches. If you would like to know the exact size or chain width, message before checking out!

  • Store in a clean, dry place. Generally, jewelry should only be put on after washing/ applying any makeup, hair spray, gels, lotions, or perfume. Keep away from extreme temperatures and over-exposure to direct sunlight. Do not wear it while swimming, showering, laundering it, or working out (heavy sweating)!

  •  To clean, take a washcloth or soft towel and lightly dampened with warm water. Use a mild natural soap and gently rub any dirt or grime off the jewelry. Be sure to check the Mohs hardness scale for the crystal part of your jewelry. Not all crystals can go in water or salt! When you are all done, use dampened cloth to clean off soap/residue and completely dry!  This is the best way to keep your jewelry for a very long time!
