All crystals are authentic and real. I do not sell fake crystals or jewelry. Read description for each listing.

Where is your policy?

You can review my policy under shop polices/ privacy policy on my website and my Instagram:mothernatureminerals under my policy/policy update highlights on my social media and on my hashtag mothernaturemineralspolicy and mothernaturemineralsrules. When you purchase from my shop, you are agreeing to my policy.

I don't agree with your policy, can I still buy from you?

No. When you purchase from my store you are agreeing FULLY to my policy. No exceptions.

Where is my order? I want a refund!

Please read the shop photos. My announcements, and my policy for my shipping delay messages.

What is your store policy?

-All sales are final. All posts/listings show the exact condition and description of the item. It is your responsibility to read and go through each photo. If you have questions, message me BEFORE buying.
-My shop is not responsible for any mail lost or stolen packages and refunds will not be made. Buyer is responsible for contacting shipping carrier (USPS) if item is lost or stolen.
-If your crystal arrives damaged/broken please contact me immediately within 2 days of receiving to open a damage claim IF you purchased insurance. You must keep all contents of package including the packaging itself. If you did not purchase insurance unfortunately I am not responsible for damage or lost items. Message me and I can offer you a discount on your next order if applicable.

Where do you get your crystal meanings from?

Crystal meanings are from: The Crystal Bible by Judy Hall and crystalsandjewelry.com. I am not a reiki practitioner or a doctor, the healing meaning are there for your interpretation.

Who do you primarily ship through?

I ship primarily through USPS. If you need me to ship to another address then what is stated on your order you must contact me immediately and I will send to the address change form. You must complete the form in order for me to ship it to the proper address. Failure to do with result in delayed packages and my shop takes NO responsibility for it. If package is returned: you will be refunded minus shipping charge and a 20% restocking fee.

When is my order going to ship?

Your order ships from 1 to 3 business days as stated on the listing. The first day you order does not count as a shipping day. I ship very fast, by going straight to the post office in the morning for their truck to pick it up immediately. My shipping days are usually Tuesday and Thursday. Orders for the two days before and up until 7am Eastern Time that day will be shipped. Thanks for your patience!

I don't want my order anymore, can you cancel it?

No, sorry. All orders are final. No cancellations are accepted.

I have a special request, do I put in the note to seller section?

If you have any special requests, please contact me first by message. I can not guarantee any unapproved special requests. Including if you wanted faster shipping, I would have to adjust the listing BEFORE you checkout.

My order was damaged during shipping, I want a refund. What can we do?

So sorry your order was damaged during shipping! I do not give out refunds as stated in my policy that you agreed to, it is not my fault that the shipping carrier damaged your item. I pack my items extremely well and once I give the item to my shipping carrier it is their responsibly now.

If you insured your order (by purchasing the insurance listing with your order) then we will start the claim with USPS to see if you qualify for a refund,. You will need to send clear pictures of the damaged items and packaging to me. Please contact me directly within 2 days of the item being delivered and we can both work together to resolve this issue. However it is up to USPS to accept/refund you for the damage not me. If they do not approve the claim, I am not responsible for it. Thank you for your cooperation!

One of my items from my order was not in stock. Can I cancel the entire order?

If one or more items was not in stock in your order and some are in stock, only the ones that are out of stock will be refunded. All orders are final and will not be fully refunded if other items are still in stock from your order. You are more then welcome to exchange the out of stock items it BEFORE it ships for another item or equal or lesser value.

My items says its delivered but I don't have it. I want a refund.

Mother Nature Minerals LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is out of my hands once I give the package to the post office. Double check with your post office to see if they are holding the package or if it got delivered to a different address. 

Gift wrapping and packaging

I will be more then happy to gift wrap your order. Email me at mothernatureminerals@gmail.com with your name, order #, and gift message. Gift wrapping prices depends on how you would like to customize it. I can do birthday and holiday packaging as well.
