I created these beautiful earrings with ethically sourced Picture Jasper crystals from South Dakota, USA and high-quality brass hooks and flower charms!

📖Crystal Properties 📖: Picture-Jasper is an opaque stone of the microcrystalline Quartz variety. What sets this stone apart is its extraordinary banding or veining which is created by silicate or petrified mud. Picture-Jasper’s remarkable colors are because of its high iron content and the level of minerals and impurities present in the stone. Picture Jasper is a relatively rare stone that forms in extremely ancient volcanic ash beds that date back to the Upper Cretaceous period, around 100 million years ago. This type of formation can be found in only one location in the world; multiple sites along the Muddy River in the desert of Jasper County, South Dakota in USA.
